Chicken and cheese casserole

Ingredients:

HERCULES Millet Flakes 120g HERCULES Millet Flakes

  • 350g chicken fillet
  • 300g milk
  • 200g onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 100g cheese
  • 10g butter
  • Salt to taste

Cooking method:

Step
  1. Pour HERCULES millet flakes with milk, add salt and let it stand to infuse.
  2. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces and fry in a frying pan. Cut the onion into cubes and add to the chicken fillet, add a little salt and fry until the onion is ready.
  3. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
  4. Add eggs and half of the cheese to the milk-millet mixture – mix until smooth.
  5. Grease a baking mold with butter. Lay out the larger half of the dough. Next, lay out the chicken filling, carefully distributing it over the dough. Next, lay out the rest of the dough. Sprinkle the casserole with the remaining grated cheese.
  6. Bakein a preheated 180°C oven for 30-40 minutes until the cheese crust is browned.
  7. The casserole can be served eigher hot, or cold.
