Ingredients:
1 pouch HERCULES Instant Oatmeal with Cherry

- 120g soft cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- 1tsp sugar
- 1tbsp condensed milk or honey
- 2tbsp milk
- 10 frozen cherries
- oil for greasing
Cooking method:
Step
- Break an egg into a cup of immersion blender, add up HERCULES, soft cottage cheese and sugar. Mix with a blender until smooth.
- Grase the inner walls of the mug (recommended volume is about 350 ml) with vegetable oil, put the mixture inside and cherries on it, but leave 3 berries for decoration.
- Bake the cupcake in the microwave at maximum power for 3-4 minutes. Check readiness with a wooden stick.
- While the cake is being cooked, make the impregnation: whisk condensed milk or honey and milk.
- Pour the impregnation on the hot cupcake and wait a minute – the cupcake will peel off the walls of the mug. Drain the remaining impregnation, turn the cupcake onto a plate and decorate it with cherries.
