Ingredients:
200g HERCULES 5 grains

- 300g pumpkin puree
- 150g sugar
- 100g chopped walnuts
- 70g butter
- 1 egg
- 1tsp baking powder
- 2tsp cinnamon
- 1tsp dried ginger
- 1/2tsp nutmeg
- 200g crumbly cottage cheese
- 70g butter
- 100g powdered sugar
Cooking method:
Step
- Grind HERCULES 5-grain flakes into flour using a coffee grinder or blender.
- Put the flour from flakes into a deep bowl and combine with all other dry ingredients: sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg. Whisk the mixture, then add pumpkin puree, egg, softened butter and knead a uniform dough. Add the chopped walnuts and mix again.
- Put the dough into a mold and bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 40-60 minutes. Check readiness with a wooden stick — it should come out dry.
- While the teacake is baking, prepare the glaze. Put the cottage cheese, butter and powder into a deep bowl and whisk everything with an immersion blender until smooth.
- Cool the finished teacake a little and cover with the glaze.
