Tomato oatmeal with greens and Feta cheese

Ingredients:

HERCULES Traditional 100 g HERCULES Traditional

  • 100g HERCULES Traditional flakes
  • 300ml water
  • 35g tomato paste
  • 100g tomatoes
  • 20g parsley
  • 40g Feta cheese
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Cooking method:

Step
  1. In a deep saucepan, pour HERCULES Traditional with hot water, add salt and cook over low heat for 15 min. Then, add tomato paste, stir and leave to simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Chop the greens, and dice Feta cheese and tomatoes into cubes. Add all to the hot porridge, stir again, and serve immediately in the bowls.
  3. Sprinkle with olive oil while serving.
