Tomato oatmeal with greens and Feta cheese

Ingredients:
100 g HERCULES Traditional
+
- 100g HERCULES Traditional flakes
- 300ml water
- 35g tomato paste
- 100g tomatoes
- 20g parsley
- 40g Feta cheese
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
Cooking method:
Step
- In a deep saucepan, pour HERCULES Traditional with hot water, add salt and cook over low heat for 15 min. Then, add tomato paste, stir and leave to simmer for 5 minutes.
- Chop the greens, and dice Feta cheese and tomatoes into cubes. Add all to the hot porridge, stir again, and serve immediately in the bowls.
- Sprinkle with olive oil while serving.
