Quick-cooking Cottage Cheese Pudding with Pineapple

Ingredients:
200g HERCULES Q10 Instant Oatmeal with Pineapple and Chia Seeds

- 35g HERCULES Q10 with Pineapple and Chia Seeds
- 300g cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 sachet of PECHEM DOMA vanilla sugar
- ? tsp baking powder
- 250g canned pineapple chunks
Cooking method:
Step
- In a deep bowl, combine the contents of the Hercules Q10 sachet with the cottage cheese, eggs, vanilla sugar and baking powder. Blend until smooth.
- Add the pineapple chunks to the mixture and stir. Pour the mixture into a silicone mold (rectangular is best).
- Bake in a preheated at 180°C oven for about 30 min until browned.
