Pancakes with chocolate sauce and strawberry

Ingredients:

HERCULES Extra (Quick cooking) 130g HERCULES Extra (Quick cooking)

+

  • 130 g HERCULES Extra flakes
  • 130g cream 10%
  • 1 egg
  • 1 sachet of PECHEM DOMA vanilla sugar
  • A smidgen of salt
  • Vegetable oil for frying\

 

For sauce:

  • 1 sachet of PECHEM DOMA chocolate glaze
  • 50g cream 10%

 

For serving:

  • 50g fresh strawberry
  • 100g ice-cream (vanilla/strawberry/chocolate)

Cooking method:

Step
  1. Grind the HERCULES flakes into flour.
  2. Mix the vanilla sugar from the sachet with the flour and salt.
  3. Add the cream and egg and mix until smooth. Leave to stand for 5-7 min.
  4. Make a chocolate sauce – combine the content of chocolate glaze sachet with the cream and whisk until smooth.
  5. Fry the pancakes on both sides in a preheated, oiled frying pan, until lightly browned.
  6. Serve finished pancakes with chocolate cream, sliced strawberries and a scoop of ice-cream.
