Sour cream oat cookies with chokolate drops

100g HERCULES Tender

- 100g wheat flour
- 70g butter
- 100g sour cream
- 100g sugar
- 50g chocolate drops or chopped chocolate
Cooking method:
Step
- In a deep bowl, mix all the ingredients until a uniform dense dough.
- With wet hands, shape 12 balls of dough and place them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper at a distance from each other – they will increase in size.
- Bake cookies in a preheated 180°C oven for 20-25 minutes until browned.
