Sour cream oat cookies with chokolate drops

Ingredients:

  • 100g wheat flour
  • 70g butter
  • 100g sour cream
  • 100g sugar
  • 50g chocolate drops or chopped chocolate

Cooking method:

Step
  1. In a deep bowl, mix all the ingredients until a uniform dense dough.
  2. With wet hands, shape 12 balls of dough and place them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper at a distance from each other – they will increase in size.
  3. Bake cookies in a preheated 180°C oven for 20-25 minutes until browned.
