Oat pancake with cottage cheese and apricot

Ingredients:
1 pouch HERCULES Instant Oatmeal with Apricot

- 1 egg
- 30g milk
- 125g cottage cheese
- 2 apricots
- 1tsp honey
- oil for frying
Cooking method:
Step
- In a deep bowl, combine HERCULES, egg, milk, 1 tbsp of cottage cheese. Whisk until smooth.
- Grease the heated frying pan with a little oil, lay out the dough, spreading a thin even layer over the pan. Fry the pancake on both sides until browned.
- For the filling, combine the remaining cottage cheese with honey. Cut the apricot into slices.
- Put the cottage cheese on to a half of the finished oat pancake, add the apricot slices and fold the pancake in half.
