Oat pancake with cottage cheese and apricot

Ingredients:

HERCULES Instant Oatmeal with Apricot 1 pouch HERCULES Instant Oatmeal with Apricot

  • 1 egg
  • 30g milk
  • 125g cottage cheese
  • 2 apricots
  • 1tsp honey
  • oil for frying

Cooking method:

Step
  1. In a deep bowl, combine HERCULES, egg, milk, 1 tbsp of cottage cheese. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Grease the heated frying pan with a little oil, lay out the dough, spreading a thin even layer over the pan. Fry the pancake on both sides until browned.
  3. For the filling, combine the remaining cottage cheese with honey. Cut the apricot into slices.
  4. Put the cottage cheese on to a half of the finished oat pancake, add the apricot slices and fold the pancake in half.
