Oat panna cotta with dried plum

Ingredients:
1 pouch HERCULES Instant 4-grain porridge with dried plum

- 260g cream 20%
- 40g dried plum
- 10g vanilla sugar
- 20g sugar
- 10g gelatine
- 2tbsp water
- 20g nuts
Cooking method:
Step
- Empty the contents of HERCULES pouch into a large glass, add up 60g of cream.
- Pour the gelatin with water and let it stand to swell.
- Put vanilla sugar and sugar into a saucepan, pour in the remaining cream and put it on the stove to heat up until the sugar is completely dissolved. Without bringing to a boil, remove the saucepan from the heat.
- Cut the plums and put them to the glass as the next layer after HERCULES, which by this time would absorb some of the cream.
- Dissolve the swollen gelatin in warm cream with sugar and gently pour this mixture into the glass as the third layer. Put it to the fridge for three hours to cool and harden (it is best to let the mixture stand overnight).
- Sprinkle with finely chopped nuts before serving.
