Ingredients:

  • 75g HERCULES Children’s flakes
  • 75g wheat flour
  • 75g butter
  • 1 egg
  • ? tsp salt
  • 1 sachet of PECHEM DOMA vanilla sugar
  • 90g sugar
  • A smidgen of baking powder

Cooking method:

Step
  1. Grind HERCULES Children’s into flour, and mix with wheat flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In a deep bowl, combine sugar, egg, butter and whisk until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Combine the two mixtures and mix until smooth. Cover with clingfilm and leave in the fridge for 15 minutes.
  4. Roll the chilled dough into 2 cm balls with wet hands and place them on a baking tray with baking parchment chequerwise, spacing them from each other.
  5. Bake the cookies at 180°C degrees for 15-20 minutes until browned.
  6. When serving, you can pour milk over the biscuits.
