Ingredients:
75g HERCULES Children's
+
- 75g HERCULES Children’s flakes
- 75g wheat flour
- 75g butter
- 1 egg
- ? tsp salt
- 1 sachet of PECHEM DOMA vanilla sugar
- 90g sugar
- A smidgen of baking powder
Cooking method:
Step
- Grind HERCULES Children’s into flour, and mix with wheat flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a deep bowl, combine sugar, egg, butter and whisk until sugar is dissolved.
- Combine the two mixtures and mix until smooth. Cover with clingfilm and leave in the fridge for 15 minutes.
- Roll the chilled dough into 2 cm balls with wet hands and place them on a baking tray with baking parchment chequerwise, spacing them from each other.
- Bake the cookies at 180°C degrees for 15-20 minutes until browned.
- When serving, you can pour milk over the biscuits.
