Ingredients:

HERCULES Spelt Flakes 140g HERCULES Spelt Flakes

  • 140g warm milk
  • 400g minced turkey
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Ground pepper to taste
  • 100g cheese
  • oil for frying

Cooking method:

Step
  1. Pour HERCULES spelt flakes with warm milk and let it stand for 5 minutes.
  2. In a deep bowl, mix the minced turkey meat, egg, salt and ground pepper. Add the swollen flakes and knead until uniform consistency.
  3. Cut the cheese into 10 equal cubes.
  4. Shape the cutlets with wet hands, putting the cheese cubes in the middle and covering it with minced meat mixture from all sides.
  5. In a preheated non-stick frying pan, greased with vegetable oil, fry the cutlets under the lid over low heat until browned on each side.
