Cheese and spelt turkey cutlets

140g HERCULES Spelt Flakes
+
- 140g warm milk
- 400g minced turkey
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- Ground pepper to taste
- 100g cheese
- oil for frying
Cooking method:
Step
- Pour HERCULES spelt flakes with warm milk and let it stand for 5 minutes.
- In a deep bowl, mix the minced turkey meat, egg, salt and ground pepper. Add the swollen flakes and knead until uniform consistency.
- Cut the cheese into 10 equal cubes.
- Shape the cutlets with wet hands, putting the cheese cubes in the middle and covering it with minced meat mixture from all sides.
- In a preheated non-stick frying pan, greased with vegetable oil, fry the cutlets under the lid over low heat until browned on each side.
