Pastry baskets with whipped cream and berries

250g HERCULES Monastery-style

- 50g wheat flour
- 100g butter
- 1 egg
- 50g sugar
- 150g whipping cream
- 150g fresh berries
Cooking method:
Step
- Grind HERCULES into flour and combine with wheat flour and sugar in a deep bowl . Add butter and egg – knead dough until dense.
- Divide the dough into 8 parts and shape a ball from each part with wet hands. Put the balls into cupcake molds, forming baskets with thin high walls. It is better to use silicone molds, if the molds are made of another material, pre-grease them with oil.
- Bake the baskets in a preheated 180°C oven for 20-25 minutes until lightly browned. Cool the finished baskets a little, and take them out of the molds.
- Cut a part of the berries and fill the baskets with them.
- Decorate the top with whipping cream and the remaining berries.
