Buckwheat cake with berry jam

Ingredients:
125g HERCULES Buckwheat Flakes

- 100g ground almond
- 125g butter
- 125g sugar
- 3 eggs
- a smidgen of salt
- 150g jam

Step
- Grind HERCULES buckwheat flakes into flour. Combine buckwheat flour from flakes, ground almonds, sugar and salt in a deep bowl and mix them.
- Add butter, eggs and knead a uniform dough.
- Put the dough into a baking mold. Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 30-40 minutes. Check readiness with a wooden stick – it should come out dry.
- Divide the finished cake into two cake pans. Put berry jam on one cakepan, and cover it with second cake pan.
